It can be set up in as quickly as 4–8 weeks because the core technology is already built and hosted.

How do you segment admin, manager and user experiences?

You determine which team members receive what level of access in the platform when we set up your organization’s account. Along with segmenting by role, our platform targets engagement or communications to specific teams or user groups.

Our clients typically assign an HR or employee engagement leader as Admins with Manager accounts assigned to team supervisors. All levels have standard access to use the platform for issuing recognitions or redeeming rewards.
