Exclusive activations and stunning celebrations replaced previous trips’ one-size-fits-all approach. The overall effect? Award-winning.
Differentiating through incentive travel destinations
Creating regional trips allowed for a more intimate approach. This required identifying an exceptional destination for 130+ top performers from 17 countries: Borgono Egnazia Resort in Puglia, Italy. The destination proved perfect for a total property buyout.
- A complete buyout immersed attendees in an atmosphere that felt both locally authentic and luxurious.
- Bespoke elements included pre-mailers in a linen envelope with a wax seal to build excitement.
- Branding woven throughout the resort (including the pool and hedges) highlighted the host behind this adventure of a lifetime.
Event design accentuates local flavors
All three evening events encompassed a unique experience. Puglian artists and performers infused each celebration with excitement.
- Benvenuti al Borgo, the opening event on the Piazza, replicated a famous Puglia town fair.
- Inspired by haute couture parties, Festa della Moda kicked off the second night with a gala event.
- Springtime Reimagined, night three, brought guests to a Pugliese farmhouse for a floral-themed party in the countryside.
Tarantella and pizzica musicians and dancers had the group dancing at the opening event.
Fiery performers sparked energy and excitement at the opening event.
Wooden trellises were adorned with flowers and vegetables from the Borgo Egnazia gardens. (None of the fresh decorations went to waste as local restaurants repurposed them for staff meals.)

A surprise show with 300+ synchronized drones included a voiceover congratulating the winners.
Live performances took place on center stage throughout the night.

Navigating ongoing supply chain delays, a tight timeline and language barriers posed some challenges. However, strong partnerships helped the team plan from a distance and deliver lavish décor, the best entertainment, and locally sourced food and beverages.
