Holly Novak is the Vice President & Chief People Officer at Jack Henry & Associates, a fintech organization supporting more than 7,500 financial institutions. With over two decades of HR leadership, Holly is recognized for turning people challenges into strategic business outcomes through innovative HR solutions, technology‑enabled experiences and a philosophy she calls “practical empathy.” Since joining Jack Henry in 2018 and becoming CPO in 2021, she has championed flexibility, belonging and associate‑led innovation, including the company’s BIGs—six groups that elevate voices, inclusion and business impact. She also serves as an advisory board member for Graphio.ai and is a past President of the Dallas HR Management Association.
