The ITA Group customer service team has made the LiveHelpNow Challenge winners list of top companies offering exceptional customer service for the months of April and May 2018. LiveHelpNow determines 100 companies out of 10,000 global possible recipient companies to receive the honor based on their respective customer service metric scores.
Metrics measured to select winners of the challenge include customer survey results, average chat time, operator responsiveness, operator knowledge and proactive actions, to name a few.
