Prior to joining DFW International Airport, Maruchy spent more than two decades in the private sector, including leadership roles at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay. She is widely respected for building high-performance, people-first cultures and for translating private-sector operating models into public-sector environments without losing empathy, inclusion or humanity.
