Immersive learning approach accelerates leadership development programme

A high-energy, two-day workshop invited brand leaders to safeguard exceptional F1® Arcade experiences.

F1 Arcade locations were expanding rapidly thanks to its exhilarating social experiences that highlight the excitement of Formula 1® racing. But brand leaders needed to protect its distinctive guest experience as they entered new markets. 

An immersive leadership development programme and toolkit about “leading to win” helped unify behaviours, strengthen coaching capability and build momentum.

Experiential learning reinforces the brand and leadership behaviours 

During the two-day experience, leaders worked through four custom-designed “race circuits,” each focused on a core leadership behaviour needed for growth. These experiential learning circuits made the programme high-energy, brand-aligned and memorable.

  • Branded slot car races sparked competition, speed and decision-making.

Unifying leaders around a clear purpose 

Rapid expansion required leaders to establish a shared definition of what “leading to win” looks like across locations, clarifying expectations for the guest experience, team management and operational excellence. 

Leaders then turned their revised definitions into actions they could model immediately.
