Holding 49 in-person events ignited excitement among its worldwide workforce, with a culminating performance customized to the brand.

A creative brainstorm on tactics for displaying global diversity and inclusion blossomed into a large-scale creative partnership. Business success depends on engaging employees well beyond Adobe’s Silicon Valley headquarters. Event strategy evolved from producing one live-streamed extravaganza into multiple events launched across continents, all in under four months.

Main stage event production showcases top talent
Adobe’s culminating event put an exclamation point on a year of brand-building, worldwide engagement. A 4,500-person private party surprised and delighted the San Francisco Bay Area team. Producing this mega party involved intensive behind-the-scenes coordination on coat check and security, plus:

On-stage content transitioned to a superstar concert 
After the Founder and CEO expressed gratitude to employees, we quickly transformed the stage into a mushroom-filled fantasyland for the night’s surprise A-list headliner. The artist serenaded the crowd, dedicating their greatest hits to specific Adobe team members. Mid-show, the performer descended into the stadium seating for unforgettable Adobe employee interactions.
