Serving Our Community

"Community is synonymous with ITA Group—giving back is engrained in our culture. Our people go above and beyond to strengthen the communities we live and work in, not because they have to, but because they can."

CJ Jacobson, Vice President, People & Culture

Giving Back Moves Us

Not only is it part of our culture, as team members are encouraged to volunteer during the workday using designated Volunteer Time Off, but it gives us greater purpose. Our own people, who are inspired by the individuals they encounter and the impact they make along the way, are the reason our communities are better places.
